Bonjour à tous !
Je cherche quelqu'un pour reprendre mon bail comme je quitte Lausanne. Il est disponible dès maintenant !
C'est un joli studio presque neuf (a commencé à être habité à la rentrée 2016) dans une résidence pour étudiants, située idéalement juste à côté de l'ECAL, et très bien desservit pour aller à Lausanne, à l'UNIL et à l'EPFL (je me rendais à l'EPFL en prenant le métro, 10 minutes de marche pour aller à la gare et 6 minutes de trajet dans le métro) Le bus est à quelques pas de la résidence. Il y a des commerces à proximité : un petit magasin et une pharmacie juste en face, et à 10 minutes à pieds une Migros, Coop et autres commerces (centre commercial).
Le studio est entièrement meublé et équipé, avec une cuisine, une salle de bain, un coin salon avec une tv, un lit escamotable, du rangement, des sièges et une grande fenêtre (avec stores).
Le loyer est de 1095 avec 100 francs de charges, wifi compris ! Il y a également une salle commune à l'étage, un ascenseur, et en bas une buanderie et un casier individuel où l'on peut stocker pas mal de choses. Il y a aussi un endroit pour mettre les vélos.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I'm leaving Lausanne. It is available now!
It is a nice studio, almost new (began to be inhabited in September 2016) in a residence for students, located right next to ECAL, and very well served to go to Lausanne, UNIL and EPFL (I went to EPFL taking the subway, 10 minutes walk to the train station and 6 minutes ride on the metro!) The bus is a few steps from the residence. There are many shops nearby: a small shop and pharmacie just opposite from the studio, and a 10-minute walk to Migros, Coop and other businesses (shopping center).
The studio is fully furnished and equipped, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a sitting area with a tv, a large bed, lots of storage, and a large window (with blinds).
The rent is 1095 with 100 francs charges, wifi included! There is also a common room on the same level, an elevator, and downstairs a laundry room and an individual locker where you can store many things. There is also a place to put bikes.
